Positive: Amazing apartment in a great location(many supermarkets, restaurants just on the ground floor) with even more amazing views from the balcony. The pictures do not do justice; the view is better in person. The building is nice, clean and maintained.
For remote workers, the apartment has a desk to work at and superfast internet.
Would 100% recommend and come back again.
Negative: Slight maintenance would be needed to some furniture and walls, but nothing too seriouse.
