דירה מצויינת, מושקעת, נקייה ומפנקת
Positive: דירה מרווחת, יפיפיה, חדשנית, נקייה. מאובזרת היטב, יש בה הכל מהכל. הבעלים בקשר רצוף וזמין לשמוע ולעזור. היתה תקלה בהפעלת הגז והוא מיד שלח טכנאי עוד בשעות הלילה. זמינות לכל בקשה.
Negative: מיקום ליד המטרו יוצר בשעות הערב פקקים גדולים וקושי להשיג מונית אך אפשרי להתמודדות.
