Luxe Central Marina Studio with Rooftop Pool

Positive: I would like to thank Mashall for getting us support during our stay and his help in solving all the issues we had. I also appreciate the possibility to check in earlier. Apartment has a very good location, beach is 10 minutes on feet, metro station DMCC is the nearest and it also takes around 10 minutes to get there. Promenade is just behind the building. The building itself is new, there is a reception, swimming pool and small gym. Apartment is nice furnished, matress is very comfortable, all cooking facilities were enough. It’s a very nice view from the balcony. In the apartment was shower set, soap, capsules for washing machine, dishwashing liquid. Negative: These are some recommendations I would like to give to provide more comfort during stay of other quests: 1. There is no salt/sugar/pepper/tea/coffee/oil. 2. We missed a cleaning cloth. 3. The cooking plate wasn’t clean by our arrival but the host fixed it immediately. 4. Hot water pressure is low and it should be fixed in general cause every time I took a shower the water was cold. 5. It’s better to provide 2 separate blankets instead of one. 6. There is no dishwasher if somebody needs ( for us it wasn’t a problem). 7. The main problem of apartment is that there is no space for eating provided. Small table is not comfortable and the white sofa doesn’t fit for this purpose. There is no table on the balcony. One more table is turned into the wall and massive chairs are not comfortable to have a meal.

Small and comfortable place with amazing views of Dubai Positive: I had a very pleasant stay at the Marina apartment. The location is excellent, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to everything needed. The apartment was clean, comfortable and created a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The rooftop swimming pool is a real highlight and adds great value to the experience, offering a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. The balcony view overlooking the promenade and the panoramic wheel was absolutely beautiful and made mornings and evenings especially enjoyable. Negative: As small suggestions for improvement, it would be helpful to receive a short video in advance showing where the entrance and door are located, along with clear instructions on whether a plastic access card is required or if the door code is sufficient. Having tea and coffee available in the apartment would also be a nice touch. Slightly higher-quality bed linen and bathrobes would further enhance the overall comfort. That said, these are only minor details and did not affect the enjoyment of my stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily stay here again.

Top! Positive: De locatie is echt top! Mooi uitzicht vanaf het balkon. Alles aanwezig in het appartement. Niet groot maar zeer comfortabel Negative: Alles was top! Een tafeltje op terras is misschien het enige wat handig zou zijn en er niet is.

Positive: Безупречные апартаменты, всё в точности как на фото! Уборка на 5+, можно только добавить - уделить внимание пыльным стеклам на балконе 😁 Достаточно просторно для квартиры-студии. Безупречный вид с балкона. Несколько больших полотенец, несколько маленьких полотенец, запас туалетной бумаги, бумажные салфетки для рук, сушилка для белья, гладильная доска, три капсулы для стирки в стиральной машине. Будьте внимательны, нам в сообщении написали, что из лифта нужно идти направо, на самом деле квартира слева в конце коридора. Negative: Мы снимали апартаменты на 8 дней, хотелось, чтобы хотя бы один раз произвели уборку, но, к сожалению, эта услуга только за дополнительную плату 300 дирхам. На сообщения нам отвечали очень долго. Не проконсультировали до конца нашего проживания, где выбрасывать мусор. Также у нас было всего два мусорных пакета, дополнительных не было. Было бы здорово, если в апартаментах на кухне добавили чайные пакетики, кофе, сахар, соль и масло для приготовления. Возможно, для кого-то будет минусом тот момент, что жилье находится прямо рядом с мечетью, и утром с 5 часов дважды поют молитву, так громко, что вы будете просыпаться на мгновение.
